Well-being & Safeguarding
Safeguarding and Wellbeing
St. Anthony’s School is committed to nurturing the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of every student. We believe that wellbeing is not an add-on, but an essential part of education. By integrating healthy habits, balanced lifestyles, and emotional support into everyday school life, we create an environment where students can truly thrive.
We also take safety very seriously. Comprehensive emergency protocols are in place to ensure that no circumstances endanger our staff or learners. Our campus is equipped with fire extinguishers, excellent fire safety procedures, and clearly practiced evacuation drills. In addition, our staff receive first aid training to respond effectively in any situation.
Safeguarding
We recognize that children have a fundamental right to be protected from harm and that learners cannot study effectively if they do not feel secure. We provide a school environment that promotes the safety of our staff and learners, and the knowledge that learner’s concerns will be listened to and acted upon.
Wellbeing
School counselling is a core part of our approach towards well-being. This service is open to all learners. At St. Anthony’s asking for help is a sign of strength. Our team also recommend and work with external therapists if further intervention is necessary.
